Partner - Transaction Tax - CA - Advisory Firm (13-16 yrs)
We are looking to onboard a Transaction (M&A) Tax Partner for a reputed advisory firm, with pan India operations, headquartered in Mumbai
Key functions :
- Transactions related tax and regulatory support - including inbound / outbound / restructuring
- Advisory services relating to M&A Tax
- Should be excellent in M&A structuring which includes assisting in drafting/ vetting fund document, liaising with prospective fund investors, carry structuring, PE risk mitigation, seeking regulatory approvals, investment and exit structuring, issuing tax opinion and project managing fund set-up.
- Experience in Inbound and outbound investments structuring
- Corporate restructuring
- Good Exposure in Domestic and International Taxation
- Exposure in SEBI and Exchange control regulations
- Compliance services pertaining to
- Regular tax assessments and lower withholding tax orders
- Appeals before CIT(A)
- Briefing counsels for appeals before ITAT
Academic Qualification : Chartered Accountant
Experience : 13-15 years of post qualification experience. Relevant M&A Tax experience in a Big 4/medium sized professional services firm is preferred.
