We are hiring young, enthusiastic achievers from top MBA colleges who wish to make their career in recruitment industry to join us in our growth phase and grow with us.

- We would love if some one has Corporate experience in Pharma/Healthcare Company post MBA and now wants to join consulting company,

Partner : Healthcare/Pharma

Location : Delhi/Bangalore/Mumbai

Salary range: Partner will decide his/her own CTC

Job Description :

- As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients within your respective vertical.

- You will partner with senior decision makers (Head HR/CHRO/TA Heads) within client organizations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements. You will also build and maintain a strong network.

Traits we are looking for :

- You are a degree qualified from a top tier University and possess an MBA degree from a well reputed institution. You have least 3-8 years of experience within Healthcare/Pharma discipline and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles.

- You have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organization.

- You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
