Job Propose Summary: Candidate needs to make the partners on board and engage with them for their issues, need to work as a bridge between the company and Partner.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Candidate need to ensure the timely on-boarding of the partner for communication & Upselling.
2. To ensure end to end internal & external liaison starts from SCM, Partner to business team.
3. Ensure vendor agreement signed and terms cleared to partner to avoid confusion post partner on-boarding is done.
4. Ensure the track the Partner KPI & SLA and payment to partner as per the term mentioned in agreement.
5. Ensure to clear the payment within the defined SLA's.
6. Explore the new partners for better efficiency & cost optimization.
7. Ensure to take initiatives and take projects for increasing the partner's efficiency and process smoothing.
8. SLA Management of the reports for Upselling.
9. To ensure partner satisfaction score - =85%
10. To ensure PO's issued to partner well in advance from circle and corporate.
11. To ensure Partner invoice submitted month on month without any delay.
12. Ensure to review the partner and align with the defined KPI's.
