Job Description - Lead the business development and management of channel partners in India

Client Details

Our client is one of the leaders in Robotics in India driving warehousing automation across multiple industry sectors. Headquartered in Asia Pacific, they are growing massively across the globe and are known as one of the fastest growing hardware /software startups in India.

Description

Reporting to Lead- Alliances, you will be responsible for the below:

Build sustainable relationships with leading Partners in Warehouse Automation industry

- Work with Partners to enable Sales of the brand's Products and Solutions

- Technical competence to understand and showcase USPs to partner ecosystem

- Respond on ongoing RFPs to achieve the quarterly targets

- Coordinate with the solutions team and other back office teams client requirements and contract/SLA obligations

- Manage Partner accounts & opportunities

- Should be able to manage revenue based opportunities commercially through partners to help meet revenue and margin growth strategies

- Understand MOUs, contracts, terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate

- Create partner programs to engage the partners effectively

- Create accreditation programs on the brand's technology to develop a sustained ecosystem for larger footprint

- Lead training programs for partners to create an effective virtual Sales team

- Can work with limited resources, thrives in environment with little process or structure

Profile

You will ideally be a B.Tech from premier institute and have 6-10 years of experience in hunting and farming channel partners from core B2B set-up. Someone with a past experience of building channel partners with a start-up with be the preferred candidate. I am looking for people working in channel partner business development role from renowned B2B Engineering brands.
