Partner/Director - CA - Corporate Finance - Big4

We are looking for Mid - senior to Senior level candidate with 10 - 15 years of work experience in Corporate Finance/ Advisory / Investment Banking, with significant transaction experience in M&A and PE advisory

Key functions :

The candidate would be:

- Responsible for scaling up the Corporate Finance practice through Deal Origination and Business Development with active participation in proposal creation, client meetings & discussions

- Should have a significant experience in deal generation and execution

- Keeping abreast with changes in policies and regulations governing the pertinent sector of specialization, and advising clients on the same

- Nurturing & building a team

- Ensuring quality control in assignment execution & client deliverables

- Cross marketing various other service lines with the clients and Brand Building.

- Ensuring system & documentation are adhered to for assignment execution as per internal processes, policies & systems.

Requirements :

- Qualified C.A. (preferably first/ second attempt) / CFA / MBA ( Finance)

- Thorough technical skillset

- Expertise in Deal Making, Due Diligence, Valuations

- Sound awareness of policies and regulations governing pertinent sectors

- Ability to work with clients in a consultative role, further existing relationship, and foster new relationships

- Ability to work towards and achieve stipulated targets

- Excellent leadership skills

- Strong work ethic and willingness to strive for consistent high quality deliverables

- Ability to think out of the box
