Designation: Partner Account Manager

Experience: 10-16 Years

Base Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore

Partner Account Manager:

- Experience in the software industry; previous experience working in SAP Services partner or SI a plus

- Customer or partner facing role (ex. Customer Service, Sales, Consulting)

- Demonstrated partnering or sales leadership skills

- Business development program building and execution experience

- Strong analytical competencies and a capacity to communicate and present at an executive level

- An ability identify and champion win-win scenarios

- High energy - brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices

- A proven capability to work in a team and collaborate

- Expertise and acumen in forging initiatives and go-to-market sales pipeline development plans with business partners

- Solid familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPointLocal market knowledge and understanding

- Business level English: yes

- Business level local language: yes

Partner Account Manager:

- Minimum 8 years experience in partner business (Sales, Marketing, Business Dev. or other)

- Understanding the principles of solution selling through Partners

- Knowing or having successful experience in multi channel go to market models

- Ability to articulate and position E&C Value Proposition along with Partner ROI at CxO level

- Knowledge and understanding of Partner Dynamics

- Knowledge of Solution Portfolio and relevant markets
