Manager Operations for a well-funded early stage start-up

Parsler – About Us

We are a Gurgaon based, Technology start-up focusing on hyper-local deliveries. Possible use cases of hyper-local deliveries are selecting, ordering and delivering items from the local stores or restaurants to end customer’s doorstep. We aim to create a customer facing platform where we are able to deliver goods to end customers in 90 minutes.

Team

Parsler is led by an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus who has substantial experience in E-commerce logistics, private equity and investment banking. Overall team is a mix of seasoned employees and individuals from India’s best Institutes.

Funding

We are a well-funded company by various International angels and a blue chip VC fund.

Web presence

Being an early stage start-up, our branding and marketing strategy is still evolving. However we will be launching our product very soon.

Manager Operations – Key Responsibilities

Manage day to day operations ensuring high service delivery and execution.

Mentor and guide team of Associates to manage quality improve process efficiency and drive improvements.

Formulate, implement and track career development plans of each member in the team.

Drive cross functional projects to deliver business results for the team; be part of projects involving new feature definition to improve processes.

Metrics Management.

Desired Profile:

Masters in Operations / MBA from a Premier Institute only, with 4 years+ experience

Experience in translating business needs into detailed feature requirements.

Familiarity with retail / e commerce operations and business processes
