There are 13+ brands who have engaged on parentune, and several of them have renewed for 6months to a year. We are looking for a young Business Development Professional who is passionate about joining a rapidly growing and the only such india-born community.

Role: Business Development Manager

Reporting : Founder & CEO

Responsibilities

1. Someone who is based out of Mumbai/Gurgaon working in a similar BD role with a website, internet media, radio, TV, Print or a similar nature of business

2. An energetic person who is keen to make it big and write his own story with a rapidly growing start-up (3 years experience is good too, if relevant)

3. A BD professional who is not selling media by spots/ad rates, but is selling sponsorship and properties, and is involved right from the concept stage to selling

4. This individual would be a curious learner for the new age digital marketing and would be interacting with Brand Managers/Product Managers/Head of Marketing on the Client side

5. Someone who's not just looking for a salary but is also keen to be a shareholder on parentune

6. Someone who doesn't have hang-ups in doing things himself/herself from scratch without a team of people (at least in the beginning few months)

7. This person shall be highly self motivated and shall have a track record of beating goals.

8. This person would have a creative bent to conceptualize unique properties and ways to engage for a brand on parentune

Remuneration: Includes Fixed, variable & e-sops

Fixed: 5,00,000-8,00,000 (depending on the experience)

Variable: 4,00,000-6,00,000 (depending on the goal achievement)
