Quality Manager :

- Plans, coordinates, and implements the quality management and quality improvement programs for a healthcare facility.

- Monitors and provides assistance with quality assurance and compliance function.

- Ensures policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.

- Preparation of training related documents, training paper, evaluation of same and maintaining records of the same.

- Organizational process defining, documenting, implementation, periodic reviews and re-engineering in case of any major changes.

- Implementation and maintaining existing Management systems (ISO 9001:2008; 13485 QMS)

- Ensuring process and System awareness through process and system awareness trainings for internal and external customers, across India.

- Initiating and driving quality and process improvement initiatives within organization and stakeholders.

- Conducting process audits and reviews with process owners and updating system status to top management.

- Coordinating with external agencies like certification agencies.

- Providing trainings on corporate standards like QMS, SOP's to internal employees.

- To Formulate and recommend QA policies and programs.
