- Preparing all pre contract tender documentation such as Pre-Qualification documents, NIT, GCC, SCC, compilation of Tender Documents, Issue of Tender documents, Pre - Bid meeting, preparation of Addendum to tender documents Comparison of Technical and Financial bids, Negotiation meetings with contractors, Final comparative statements with recommendations.  - Post Contract Tender documentation such as preparing LOA, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders for prime contractors as well subcontractors, specialized vendors and Contract documents for prime Contractors.  - Verification and recommendation of Contractors Claims, Contract Management / Administration with reference to contract conditions and Project history, settlement of all variations and Extra item rates.  - Contract Management / Administration - All related correspondence with clients / contractors regarding contract implementation, Knowledge of FIDIC based construction contracts.  - Pre - Contract, working out detailed quantities based on available drawings, identifying provisional items, Preparing detailed bill of quantities making references to drawings and technical specifications,, preamble to BOQ, List of approved makes, compilation of Technical specifications, mode of measurements, etc.  - Post Contract such as verification of executed works, Certification of Valuation Certificates for release of Payments, Maintaining documentation of Guarantees and warrantees as per contract provisions, Final accounts and Contract Closures.  - Preparing monthly / quarterly Cost Reports, Cash Flows, Project Cost Control.
