Paradise Food Court - Business Analyst

Salary Offered : 10-12 LPA

Responsibilities & Deliverables :

Management Information Reporting :

- Preparation of daily MIS/ Transaction MIS & Corporate MIS for the company.

- Enhance business systems by providing accurate information about business priorities.

- Monitor and analyze the trend of key performance indicators including all areas of revenue cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.

System Upgrade :

- Provide recommendations on technical issues to non-technical audiences.

- Analyze and consolidate information to develop business cases to support achievement of company objective's.

- Hands on working knowledge on ERP.

- Guide and support team members to provide customer focused services.

Annual Business Plan :

- Preparation and analysis of short term/long term annual biz planning/rolling budgeting process.

- Monitoring of monthly/quarterly financial performance presentations matrix.

- Work with key stake holders to identify how changing business requirements may be delivered with existing solutions.

- Assist in Corporate Strategy planning, identify and analyze company financial metrics.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor degree in computer science with statistics foreground.

- Qualified MBA in Finance would be preferred.

Other Skills :

- Hands on experience extracting, transforming, analyzing data and providing actionable recommendations.

- Must be able to take an entrepreneurial, self-starter approach.

- Must be creative problem solver who is self-motivated and tenacious when tackling complex issues.

- Familiarity with general business functions.

- Create data science practice standards.

- Discover opportunities through data mining.

- Identify and respond quickly to customer needs.

- Highly competent in Advanced Excel with Macro Writing is added advantage.
