Key areas of responsibility for the job:  - Direct marketing initiatives to contribute to top line  - Print and radio advertising in the leading dailies and radio channels for the West and South Zones  - Campaign insight, strong media plans, upgrade the brand imagery & sharpen the positioning for new store launches as well as existing stores  - Execute Regional and National Plans  - Execution of marketing properties like Winter Fest, Men's Fest etc - Timely planning and effective execution, creative cut-through  - Support existing & non performing stores - Relevance & consistency of communication & promotions  - Media Planning: Ensure desired share of voice is maintained in important markets  - Alignment with Regional Marketing Managers and Business Managers & VM on monthly /seasonal plans  - Keeping track of plans and maintain a proper schedule to update the RMM's and Business Managers about the plans/Activities  - Diligent focus to monthly rolling plans - Media plans /activities planned to be systematically captured  - Shoot Planning: Effective planning of the shoot, constant follow up with various internal departments  - Effective Agency Management for new brand launches
