Responsible for execution of the Business Excellence roadmap in ABRL. Provide subject matter expertise to the business in the area of Business Excellence Frameworks, ABG Business Excellence Framework & Process Improvement methodologies.   - Assist in creating the Business Excellence Roadmap for ABRL  - Accountable for execution of the ABRL Business Excellence Roadmap, Business Excellence related reporting requirements, preparation of application documents for internal & external competitions  - Manage Stakeholder expectations  - Leverage on the expertise available with the Corporate Business Excellence Cell, other ABG businesses  - Identify & work with external partners, as appropriate, to drive Business Excellence initiatives  - Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement & Excellence through engagement of employees in Business Excellence initiatives  - Create a pool of trained individuals across the organization on the Aditya Birla Group Business Excellence Framework & Process Improvement methodologies  - Ensure that the organization is prepared in time for the Bronze Assessment at the time of the 2015 Chairman's Awards cycle & for the Silver at the time of the 2017 Chairman's Awards cycle  Essential accomplishments :   - Operational experience (Sales / Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, Design) of around 5 years  - Sound knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies / Business Excellence Frameworks. Relevant experience of around 5 years, in conceptualizing the Quality initiative and executing it.   - Preferably Certified on the Aditya Birla Business Excellence Framework / EFQM / CII Frameworks  - Preferably Black Belt Certified or Master Black Belt Certified  Educational Qualification : B.Tech / MBA / CA
