Responsibilities:

- Execute the annual and quarterly India revenue plan to reach the business results

- Develop business relationships in line with the organizational goals

- Achieve the annual and quarterly revenue and scorecard objectives

- Maximize revenue generation (Annual sales targets)

- Actively participate in roll-out of local sales plans

- Develop executive level relationships within the target segments

- Execute a successful partner and alliance strategy

- Participate and Managing events and customer focused marketing Initiatives.

- Responsible for complete sales cycle and customer life cycle management

Education:

- MBA (Marketing, General Management, Entrepreneurship), Post Graduate Degree in Management

- Bachelor’s degree in Science (BS/BSc/BCS/BBM/BBA), B.A (Humanities), B.E/B.Tech

Overall Experience:

- 5 years of proven in selling experience to enterprise customers (B2B)

- Sales management, territory management experience

- Proven ability in building and developing long lasting customer relationships

- Proven track record of growing a business and consistently exceeding annual sales quota

- Demonstrated sales and business/personal values - strong business/personal ethics, character

- Possess formal sales training in solution/consultative selling to multinational healthcare, medical equipment manufacturers and hospital CXOs

- Build robust customer relationships and alliances across India

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong English communication skills

Special Note:

- Candidates based in Bangalore with Healthcare sales background are encouraged to apply.

- We are also open to Female candidates with (5 to 6 yrs) including those wishing to comeback after a sabbatical

Compensation:

Part A:

- Annual Salary (Industry Standard Compensation)

- Compensation would comprise of two components - Fixed and Variable

- Variable shall be paid on a quarterly basis

- Fixed component: 85%

- Variable component: 15%

Part B:

- Annual Bonus (At management’s discretion)

- Reimbursements (mobile/internet/travel), medical, accident insurance (self) in addition to the salary
