What You Will Be Doing

- Define, structure, and manage the search marketing function.

- Analyze daily performance and optimize spend based on results to maximize ROI.

- Oversee, optimize and manage SEM campaigns using internal and external resources.

- Define, train and disseminate best practices" in terms of effective campaign management and optimization techniques, media mix and metrics and other technologies, methods and protocols.

- Forecast campaign performance and volume based on evolving set of company-wide metrics.

What You Need for this Position

At Least 4 Years of experience and knowledge of:
