Job Description :

- Own entire P&L for pan-India operations in a specialized vertical while managing Fortune 500 companies.

- Partner with senior stakeholders within Client organizations in understanding their human capital requirements

- Be an advisor to both clients and candidates during various stages of the process

- Become a "Brand" in your market while having ambitious objectives towards developing your business

- Maintain regular contact with your candidate portfolio and create your personal brand in your market

- Last but not the least, keep innovating ways of reaching out to candidates and clients and be a problem solver!

Profile :

- You are a Tier-1 B school pass out (India or Abroad)

- You have a minimum of 1-3 years of sales/business development experience

- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

- You have entrepreneurial spirit with high ambitious, outgoing, passionate and energetic persona. You should be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
