Description

As Consultant, you will:

- Define your own strategy of developing and growing your set of business aligned with Michael Page vision, goals and objectives

- Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through effective networking and commercial actions

- Maintain regular contact with your candidate portfolio and create your personal brand in your market

- Select and present the most suitable candidates to the clients and create happy clients

- Be an advisor to both clients and candidates during various stages of the process

- Become a "Brand" in your market while having ambitious objectives towards developing your business

- Last but not the least, keep innovating ways of reaching out to candidates and clients and be a problem solver!

Profile

We are looking for colleagues with

- MBA's from a Tier-1 university in India or abroad

- 3 to 5 years experience in Sales/Business development/Consulting

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven track record of success
