Job brief :

- As a custodian of our recruiting vertical for such challenging roles, you'll be charged with identifying talent; finding unique candidates who bring on board an entrepreneurial spirit, diversity of thought to all that they do and a perennial intent to learn and thrive.

- You will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and introducing them to the magic of working at PaGaLGuY.

- You are driven, eager and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring consultants.

- You're also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient.

Responsibilities :

- Develop relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and helping them find a fit at PaGaLGuY.com

- Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.

- Keep concerned personnel apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members, coordinating work cross-functionally and influencing peers, project leaders and/or managers.

- Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analysing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities.

Minimum qualifications :

- Any bachelor's or master's degree from a reputed institute.

- 0-2 years of experience in Recruiting, Sales or Client Servicing domain.

Preferred qualifications :

- Experience in closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.

- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demands.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.

- Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.

- A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.

- Exposure to HR processes, such as interviewing and candidate evaluation.

Salary Range: 5-10 LPA
