Job Description: Inside Sales Specialist(2-7) Years

The Inside Sales Team is instrumental in developing leads and working with the Account Managers to manage, maximize and close sales in a defined geographical and/or horizontal territory. The team plays a vital role not only with regard to revenue generation, but also with Ozone's reputation in the marketplace. The team is a frontline evangelist and the direct line to customers.

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales representative to help build sales activity in a growing region. You'll use your knack for verbal persuasion and keen attention for detail to close deals over the phone. You will leverage your sales experience, inter-personal skills and energy to meet team goals. Ideal Candidate:
- An extremely energetic and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude who enjoys new challenges is comfortable with change and wishes to be part of a new team and a growing operation, with very strong interpersonal skills and business acumen, will enjoy talking on the phone and will be comfortable with high daily call volumes.
- In addition the successful candidate will have the ability to quickly gain credibility and respect with customers and prospects.
Your Responsibilities:
- The Inside Sales Representative works as a key member of the sales team by developing leads and working with the Account Manager to manage maximize and close revenue in a defined geographical and/or horizontal territory.
- Perform cyclical contact of installed based customers to identify, and manage up-sell and add-on opportunities through the various sales stages.
- Close installed base add-on and upgrade opportunities.
- Conduct Target Account prospecting and sales calls/demos via the phone.
- Qualify and further develop - warm- leads by performing and documenting end-user requirements analyses.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline and forecast goals and defined objectives.
Qualification:
- 3+years Sales/Lead Generation experience with at least 1 year closing (in any software product inside sales)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals in a highly automated metrics based phone sales environment.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess strong prospecting account management, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of business organization structures, buying influences and purchasing processes.
- Ability to foster team orientation with counterparts.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Excellent prospecting and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Sales affinity, including curiosity, competitiveness, customer care/win-win attitude.
- College degree from a recognised university.
- Computer skills and aptitude.
- Knowledge of data integration and related technology a plus.
Experience selling in Software products or SaaS based products / applications is desirable.
