About the role:  This role is with the OTA (Online Travel Agencies) team at OYO. OTA is an important demand channel for OYO hotels. We worked with global OTA leaders such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc. to drive brand and business of OYO hotels on these OTAs. The Operation Manager will be responsible to drive listing and ranking of OYO hotels on these OTAs that will aid the revenue maximization for the OTA sales channel. The operation manager will be point of contact to OTAs for day to day tasks. The role requires an aggressive execution and team management skills.  Job Description:  - Liaise with key stakeholders in understanding and identifying the business requirements and needs.  - Responsible for end-to-end listing of OYO hotels on OTAs  - Drive ranking of OYO hotels in top 20 on OTAs  - Drive content score and review score on OTAs  - Communicate with corporate and city teams to drive reviews  - Manage relationship with OTAs point of contact on day to day basis  Eligibility Criteria:  - Graduate with 2-3 years of work experience  - Strong execution and team management skill  - Good communication skills  - Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Google spreadsheets   - Ability to work in dynamic environment
