Job Description :

OYO is looking for an HR technology manager who partners with the business and develop the strategic direction of HR systems and execute that vision. The role requires an individual who can work with multiple stakeholder to identify, suggest and interpret business requirements and provide scalable and efficient solutions for the business needs.

Principal Accountabilities :

- Liaison and partner with HR operations, IT, internal and external providers to Implement, enhance and integrate the HRIS to OYOs business environment.

- Analyze existing HR processes, conduct a gap analysis, identify the scope of improvement and opportunities for automation. Present these ideas to stakeholders.

- Manage and evaluate change requests for feasibility and impact on baseline

- Manage the super admin role for the HRMS tool and handle maintenance, enhancement, and upgrades of the system

- Provide country-wide support for business and end users, identify key issues, prioritize and resolve them in accordance with the SLA.

- Identify and manage the training requirements of business and end users

- Manage reporting requirements of the business, conduct statistical analysis of multiple outputs generated from the tool to supplements business knowledge and felicitates key business decisions

- Provides support and guidance to senior management for drafting HRMS policy, guidelines and best practices

- Maintains and owns SOP, documentation, and manuals for the HRMS system

- Guide selection of vendors in case of new implementation, enhancement and change requests.

Key skills :

- 5-8 years of experience in designing, building and implementing HCM tools/ System including process design, configuration, integration mapping, testing, and deployment. Preferably Oracle Fusion.

- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skill

- In depth knowledge of HR processes in multiple functional areas like Core HR, Organization management, and Compliance

- Expertise in SDL, HDL, BI publisher, OTBI, OBIE, HCM extracts, SQL and PLSQL

- Master degree in HR and certification in six sigma, PMP will be a bonus
