We're backed by one of the largest global funds based in the Valley, Omidyar Network; one of the big Indian power-houses, JSW, and legendary Angel investor K Ganesh.   Role:   Overcart has very complex Marketing requirements. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to get their hands dirty in all aspects of Sourcing. This role is for someone who is looking to accelerate their learning curve - deepen their sourcing knowledge while getting deep exposure to the business.   Responsibilities:  - Managing team and reviewing their performance on weekly bases   - Responsible in identification of new accounts.  - Build pipeline of potential offline clients/vendors & convert them to Market place seller.  - Maintain productive relationships with vendors.  - Negotiate and finalize contracts with the vendors and sourcing the best/unique products for expansion of categories.  - Obtain high repeat ratios (- 70%).  - Manage liquidation of customer products.  - Create and maintain sourcing reports i.e. monthly/quarterly sales, account performance reports and trackers.  - Conduct weekly/monthly client calls/meetings.  Salary Range: 5 - 7 LPA
