Soucing Analyst   You will be responsible for signing on clients, managing the relationships with them, and getting their products online.   Comfortable in handling both online (ecom sellers, marketplaces), MNCs (OEMs/Manufacturer) and offline(LFRs, speciality retail chains) Businesses   Open to travel  Experience in identification of new accounts, cold calling, and building sourcing pipline  Experience in creating and maintaining sales/sourcing reports like monthly/quarterly sales, account performance reports and trackers.  You will be evaluated on the amount of business generated from your accounts.  Conduct weekly/monthly client calls/meetings  Responsibilities:   Build pipeline of potential offline clients/vendors & convert them to Market place seller.  Maintain productive relationships with vendors.  Negotiate and finalize contracts with the vendors and sourcing the best/unique products for expansion of categories.  Obtain high repeat ratios (- 70%)   Manage liquidation of customer products.   Requirements:   Willingness to work in a start-up   Natural aptitude at Business Development & Online Marketing   Experience of one of Business Development / Online Marketing   Minimum 1-3 Years Work Experience
