And that is where Overcart steps in.   Overcart builds a transparent ecosystem, we restore trust to consumers buying refurbished goods by ensuring quality & great pricing, as well as providing warranties & build an integrated partnership with e-commerce companies, manufacturers, and distributors.   We- re a strong (yet slightly crazy) team with offices in Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai & Bangalore - the main HO is in Gurgaon.   We- re backed by one of the largest global funds based in the Valley, Omidyar Network; one of the big Indian power-houses, JSW, and legendary Angel investor K Ganesh.   Job description  - We are looking for a smart, metrics and results-oriented Online Merchandiser who will be instrumental in improving customer experience and growing our business through Site - Web & Mobile Apps.  - Revenue/Conversion targets and ownership of landing pages for each platform (Desktop/Msite/App)  - End to End Campaign Management, Optimization and scale best practices for revenue impact  - Develop hypothesis & conduct A/B tests to validate hypothesis with an objective of scale up  - Conversion optimization using personalization, targeting, re-targeting & segmentation  - Drive new feature/product launch for landing page UI/UX improvements  - Monitor dashboard following traffic, click through conversion and other metrics  - Develop a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior using A/B tests, heat maps, online surveys/feedback & segment wise conversion metrics  - Business stakeholder management, expectation setting and management using agreed metrics  Skill Sets Required  - 2+ Years of relevant experience in Online Merchandising, Mobile/App experience will be a plus.  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize  - Desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities  - Ability to use hard data and metrics to make and support decisions  - Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility and ability to produce results in a fast paced environment  Salary offered: 10 - 15 LPA
