So, you will be targeting an effective on-boarding.  Payroll :  - Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner  - Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements  Employee engagement activities :  - Everyone wants to lead their team to success and sometimes all it takes is a few fresh ideas/activities to help employees rejuvenate and increase productivity. So, you need to come up with exciting ideas/activities so that we work together to retain our studs and engage them well.  HR record keeping :  - It is essential to maintain both employee records (pre-joining records + HR letters issued during the tenure) and compliance reports/forms as they hold legal status as well. So, be at your best in keeping up-to- date data recorded.  Admin :  - We are into doing some awesome changes at workplace (shush!) and so you can bring in your creativity at the best and there are some usual admin tasks to be supervised/performed so that we create a healthy work environment.  - Closely with founders and employees in creating a work environment to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.  - You will be required to perform these duties, and any other duties the manager may assign to you, having regard to your skills, training and experience.  - Our goal is to create a work environment that encourages empowerment, increases motivation, productivity, engagement and retention.
