We're backed by one of the largest global funds based in the Valley, Omidyar Network; one of the big Indian power-houses, JSW, and legendary Angel investor K Ganesh.   Responsibilities :   Overcart has very complex operations and finance requirements from vendor management through legal documents to participating in fund raising. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to get their hands dirty in all aspects of finance and legal. This role is for someone who is looking to accelerate their learning curve - deepen their financial knowledge while getting deep exposure to the business. You will report directly into one of the co-founders.   - Should be good in workflow documentation  - Coordinate & Manage internal and statutory auditors  - Should be able to lead a team of 7 - 10 people  - Oversee monthly accounting and reporting  - Execute on all legal requirements for the company  - Manage all company legal and compliance activities  - Timely & quality preparation and distribution of Financial MIS along with investor metrics  - Set up financial systems and processes with focus on Accounts Payable & Receivable processes  Requirements :   - Good communication skills  - Minimum 4 years- experience in a finance related role  Qualification : CA (CS desirable but not essential)  - Experience in consulting / investment / technology preferable  - Hungry to make a difference and succeed  - Willingness to work in a start-up (early stage)  Patience Essential : Sense of Humour a Bonus!
