We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to get their hands dirty in all aspects of Account management space, and set up the right systems and processes. This role is for someone who is looking to accelerate their learning curve - deepen their financial knowledge while getting deep exposure to the business.   - Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition   - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements   - Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives   - Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams   - Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships   - Working aggressively to generate monthly targets from existing clients   - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics   Requirements :   - Proven experience as key account manager   - Ability in problem-solving and negotiation   - Willingness to work in a start-up (early stage)   - Patience Essential - Sense of Humour a Bonus!   - Minimum of 3 years work experience in KAM role   - Hungry to make a difference and succeed
