We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to get their hands dirty in all -aspects of Digital Marketing space, and set up the right systems and processes.   - This role is for someone who is looking to accelerate their learning curve - deepen their financial knowledge while getting deep exposure to the business.   - Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns  - Oversee social media strategy  - Manage and maintain the website campaigns  - Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter  - Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports  - Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion  - Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website  - Fix any errors or bugs in online content  - Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management on Google & Facebook  - Write copy for email marketing campaigns & see end to end execution for mailers.  - Manage & coordinate affiliate program  Requirements :   - Handled content for various digital platforms.   - Should have strong knowledge of Google Analytics & well-equipped with excel skills.  - Experience in handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines  - Willingness to work in a start-up (early stage)   - Patience Essential - Sense of Humour a Bonus!   - Minimum of 3 years work experience in Digital Marketing role   - Hungry to make a difference and succeed  Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
