About us:
Ovenfresh currently operates 50 locations in 2 cities with 300 employees, serving 8000 customers every day. The Company is transitioning to technology-led food delivery model, and is building a large presence in the food tech space in India. The process of building this business will involve scaling consumer base, technology systems, delivery, operations and production to support several thousands of orders per day, and solving the sales, supply chain, logistics and technology challenges that come with rapid scale.
Role Description:
- Assist management in implementation of operational strategies and efficiently scale the business
- Design and implement the fulfillment vertical of the business
- Source, on-board and manage the delivery team for a city
- Design and implement processes to launch and scale business in new territories
- Liaison between Senior Management and implementation team
- Manage multiple zones in the city from operations and people management perspective
- Maintain high level of customer service
- Coordinate with Sales and Business Development team for implementation of promotions and ground activities
People Management:
- Leadership skills and ability to coordinate with and manage cross- functional team
- Strong People management skills
- Device sourcing and employee retention strategy
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2-4 years of experience in handling delivery, supply chain processes in F&B Industry
- Experience in logistics or F&B industry is preferred
- MBA from a good business school with startup orientation preferred
- An entrepreneurial approach
- Data analysis and reporting skills
Salary Range: 6-7 lpa + variable pay
