Some of the fund's recent investments include Zo Rooms, ZipGo, Ziffi, PrettySecrets, Taskbob, Pharmeasy and Intelligence Node etc.  Job Brief :   We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead internal fund hiring requirements and work closely with our portfolio companies in hiring superior professionals and assist in building A-Class teams thereby focus on adding value to their business. The candidate should be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.  Responsibilities Include :   - Partner with portfolio companies to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs and work closely to assist in building manpower strategy.   - Lead internal end to end fund hiring requirements.   - Devise and carry out a targeted talent research strategy and share intelligence with various portfolio entrepreneurs.   - Assist portfolios in developing Campus strategy, advice on employer branding, temp staffing needs and other permanent hiring requirements.   - Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.  Attributes of an ideal candidate :   - Dedicated and passionate individual constantly open to learning.  - Excellent communication skills.  - Ability to take ownership completely and lead recruitment processes end to end.  - Good educational background. Top tier HRM colleges like SIBM, TISS, XLRI etc. is a plus.  Proven talent acquisition experience with approx. 6-10 years of exposure in recruiting senior level candidates (Executive Search / Recruiting Firm / In-house HR experience)  - Experience for recruiting in a start up would be an added advantage.  Remuneration : Competitive
