Location: Faridabad  Job Description:  - Coordinate with production department for On Time Delivery for dispatch  - Supervise staffing of containers  - Manage documentation of invoice, packing list, AREI, etc.  - Procurement of materials without payment of duty for export  - Obtain Material requisition from external sources by providing CT1 certificate issued by Central Excise and send materials to concerned suppliers under ARA3 procedure  - Manage the entire export procedure with relevant Govt. Departments  - Carry out the rate contract, follow up with online order for DGS&D (Director General Supply and Disposal)  - Plan production and inspection of finished goods with Director of Inspection, release of inspection note to the consignee and process for dispatch to SCM  - Process bill to Chief Controller of Accounts (Ministry of Commerce)  - Coordinate with the different departments for payment  - Coordinate third party inspection of fans by SGS/BVQI
