JD :
- This position is responsible for ensuring HR Activities including IR.
- Employee relations, Manpower planning, Recruitment and Retention, Learning and Development and Employee Engagement
- Identify training & development needs & rolling out annual training plan through monthly event plan.
- Employee Management, Productivity, Performance Management & competency development.
- Employee Communication & Grievance resolution to maintain cordial relations.
- Administrating adherence to all statutory norms.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and challans.
- Hands on experience on labour laws and compliance
- Points while discussing the position :
- Male Candidates Prefered.
- Candidate should be well versed with Kannada.
- Must be willing to work in factory atmosphere.
- Must have exposure in dealing with Sr management team and convince them for the required support.
Qualifications/ Experience :
- Qualification required to perform are Graduation with MBA - HR / IR ( Full Time )
- 6- 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry
