Organizational Development (3-5 yrs)
Designation: Assistant Manager-OD -
Position Description :
- Coordinate the PMS cycle and design and deliver workshop on PMS process
- Vet the performance appraisal documents of employees and drive the completion of final appraisals
- Design and implementation of R&R policy Pan –India and ensuring a meritocratic culture in the organization
- Assist in developing HR policies and guidelines
- Develop employee engagement strategy and support the creation of a high performance and dynamic culture
- Be actively involved in budgeting process of employee engagement activities
- Develop and administer satisfaction surveys, and capture feedback from the talent groups, business managers and other stakeholders.
- Organizing Town Hall meeting bi- annually
- Integration of the competency framework with all HR processes.
- Implementation of career development initiatives as per the organizational processes
- Competency Mapping across roles and developing competency grid
- Designing Assessment centre program for Hi-Potentials
- Design and implementation of 360 degree feedback
- Managing and ensure efficient implementation of employer branding initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Experience in Services Sectors(Preferable)
- Full-time MBA in HR from reputed institutes
- Only 2006/2007/2008 pass outs are eligible
- Should have hands-on experiences in any of the Organisation development, Performance Management, Competency Management, Employee Engagement, Grievance handling, Talent Development activities
Location: Gurgaon
Budget: 10-15 Lakhs
