Organization Talent & Development (OTD) is responsible for enabling development of people to their highest potential. OTD acts as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement by providing leading edge training and education to achieve business objectives through diagnostics and interventions.
Profile - Organization Talent and Development Consultant/Engagement Manager
The candidate must be an MBA (HR or PM&IR), from a premier institute, with 8-10 years of post graduation experience in the area of Training / Organizational Development in a reputed organization.
The candidate should possess -
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational / project management skills are essential.
- Exposure to various training methodologies, tools and knowledge of best practices
- Should have a good network with external vendors / trainers
- Ability to function in a highly quality conscious and productivity driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Key Responsibilities include -
Training needs analysis -
- Conduct TNA discussions with Business leader along with HR partner on the background and expected outcomes
- Confirm/ clarify need through an independent diagnosis with the participants/ other key stakeholders if required
- Validate/confirm the final analysis with the business manager/leader and share the proposed approach
- Identify prospective training partners
- Brief the prospective trainer/trainers on the requirement and request for proposal
- Evaluate the proposals
- Share the trainer profile/proposal with respective HR partner/requestor
- Conduct reference checks for identified vendor/vendors, if the vendor is new
- On consensus with the Business HR and Leader firm dates with vendor
- Share relevant data/content with the trainer to help facilitate the program
Program management - Oversee program management activities which include -
- Booking trainer dates
- Infrastructure availability for the program: Venue, media, audio & video requirements and stationary
- Event creation in MIS
- Communication –invite mails, reminder mails, feedback request mails, feedback communication to the internal and external stakeholders of the program
- Availability of the training material
- Context setting during program kick off/launch
- Update post training records
- Review program feedback on an event basis and analyze trends
Vendor Management -
- Constantly update/upgrade vendor database
- Conduct periodic vendor analysis to identify trends
- Oversee invoice and payment process
- Review Vendor pricing periodically
- Ongoing communication with vendors
Design and development of Training Modules -
- Design and develop training modules
- Review and upgrade existing programs based on analysis
- Training delivery
Contribute to Global teams -
- Participate and contribute to global task forces on global projects and roll outs
OTD/HR initiative -
- Contribute to any Pan India projects
- Periodic review and up gradation of OTD Initiatives and processes
