Incumbent will manage the entire gamut of Organisational Development, OD interventions, Performance management, Change Management at Corporate Level.
Provide leadership and be responsible for strategic planning, initiating and spearheading the training and development programs across the organization.
Management of the training budget, Leadership.
Experience in deploying learning initiatives
OD interventions -Succession Planning, Executive coaching, Mentorship, Change Management, Leadership Development etc.
Its an individual contributor Role.
