Designation - General Manager - OD for India

Location - Mumbai

We are looking for HR Functional Specialists to champion Organisational Development.

The critical role is to enhance organizational performance through a focus on change management and designing organizational structure and processes -

- Work on projects for Strategic Talent Management, People Focus Excellence and other interventions.

- Improving people process

- Designing an optional organization structure, Creating an effective decision matrix

- Role Designs

- Program Management for large initiatives

- Arriving at the optimal number of work level

- Conduct engagement surveys

- Implement Internal Communication strategy covering employees through different channels and sites: Internal Portal, etc

- We are looking for HR Specialists with strategic and innovative bent of mind.

- He/she would be responsible for inculcating and bringing up innovative HR systems in OD, Learning, Change Management, driving Organisational Effectiveness.

- Should have experience in devising and implementing development programs. Must be passionate about OD
