The Organic121 is seeking a driven, people-loving, talent-finding Technical Recruiter to assist us in building out our rapidly growing Engineering team! The ideal candidate is experienced in recruiting for all things technical with a successful track record that speaks to their ability to make long-lasting meaningful hires.

Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment for The Organic121's engineering organization for positions within Engineering (with Ruby focus), Information Security, and Quality Assurance

Source passive candidates for roles of varying seniority levels

Full-life cycle recruitment from sourcing to negotiating offers

Continually seek new ways to find talent, advertise and network open positions

Effectively communicate The Organic121's mission and culture to prospective employees

Provide a delightful experience for our candidates throughout the interview process

Drive the recruiting process forward with hiring leads in a timely and efficient manner

Source passive candidates for roles of varying seniority levels

Build relationships with hiring managers and develop deep understanding of their positions and needs

Qualifications

Proven recruiting success, preferably in-house within a fast-paced, growing company

3+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience for Internet or start-up companies

Persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness

Experience and success in sourcing and hiring employees at all levels and in a variety of locations

Proven ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and drive the recruiting process

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

Expert level interview skills and job description development

Advanced skills in internet research and social media networking

Highly organized and personable with a whatever-it-takes attitude

Strong technical knowledge base
