Organic Express - Manager - Sales (0-3 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for entire gamut of lead management, sales and business development for the region

- Sell Organic Express's offerings (Packaged products, Cafe - restaurant food, B2B Kiosks, Corporate orders etc.)

- The role will require both B2B and B2C sales skills

- Working in a dynamic sales environment you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing contracts. Your success will be measured by the no of orders, contracts signed and revenue your orders/contracts you bring in.

- The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think about not only food industry but also challenges and have the ability to convey compelling Company's products and services value propositions to sellers.

- Advise clients on relevant offerings including benefits of going Organic.

- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection, servicing etc.

- Provide the market intelligence, data analytics and insights for the Marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives

Key Functional Skills and Requirements:

- Upto 3 years of work experience. Relevant experience in sales is a bonus!

- Field/ direct sales experience is a plus

- Familiarity with the Gurgaon/NCR

- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals

- Should be comfortable working in small teams

- Very high ethical standards

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

- Must be passionate about Sales and Target Achievements with excellent convincing skills

- Goal Oriented person, Highly communicative individual, street smart and good negotiators

- Excellent networker - builds and maintains strong and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients and possesses the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues

- High Degree of business development orientation

- Lead Generation & follow up with customers

- Business acumen, good conceptual and analytical skills
