Order To Cash Process - BPO (8-12 yrs)
Order to Cash (O2C) process
- Coach/Mentor team members wherever required.
- Handle any escalations and setup proactive measures to ensure error free operations.
- Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload.
- Perform quality checks and audits.
- Drive team efficiency through checks/reports with valid information.
- Experience in working in an office environment with tight deadlines and targets.
- Detail conscious.
- Drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements within the team.
- Co-ordinate between various departments like HR, Quality, Training etc.
- Ensure that operational policies, systems and processes are in coherence with business goals.
- Compile and organize relevant information for disputes and send to customer.
- Document details in SAP
- Run daily reports to communicate workload status report to Management team.
- Highlight proactively risks and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
- Customer Management : Conduct weekly / monthly process reviews with relevant stakeholders
- Develop and groom team and define career path for team to have long term success and succession planning
- Ensure documentation remains current.
- Should be able to handle effectively the Workload Management & segregation of duties for the team
- Should have good Analytical & problem solving skills Worked on SAP ERP platform will be an added advantage Should be good in MS-Office
