Role- Order to Cash (OTC) Lead
Location- Mumbai
Reporting to- Finance Controller
Years of experience – 6-8 yrs. post qualification experience in the Product industry with a sound commercial experience
Education- CA 1st attempt
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for Customer Credit, Controlling Accounts Receivable and Cash Flow in customer perspective
- Plans, organizes and directs timely and accurate preparation of OTC related financial and regulatory reports for management or other external reporting
- Works with the Finance Controller in preparing the OTC related budget for accounting, and management reporting adjustments
- Manage & Supervise completeness of sales invoicing and customer spends provisioning all over India
- Administers design and implementation of financial information systems; seeks ways to improve OTC reporting and controls
- Coordinates with CARM controller/external auditors on control & compliances
- Accountable specifically for management and monitoring of Customer Spends and makes recommendation for month end accruals
- OTC Business Process Owner
Must haves for this role:
- Good knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system
- Excellent understanding of invoicing processes, inventory, Sales & Distribution perspective etc
- Sound commercial knowledge
- Operational experience
- Experience in running schemes and accounting processes relevant to them
- Knowledge of key controls and potential risks
- Experience in dealing with cross functional interactions at a global level
