Job Title: Order Fulfillment Manager

Reporting to: Business Head/Operations head

The Position:

Will be fully responsible for managing and leading a team of dispatch executives/sr executives to ensure smooth coordination between call center and inventory office. Would have the responsibility of ensuring customer satisfaction by dispatching vehicle as per customer requirements from the inventory available through various vendors.

Experience

Prefer candidates from Operations/fleet management/inventory management/order management background with retail/e-commerce set-ups
