Strategic Account Relationship (SAR) - Senior Expert

Job location is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Meeting and exceeding the set revenues target

- Negotiating and closing contract extensions and renewals

- The management of all new service launch activities into the customer base

- Specify corporate level product related collateral required for the support of all sales and marketing activities on a global level e.g. web site content, product brochures, product datasheets, whitepapers, sales presentations, ROI models, demonstration systems and scripts, etc.

- Obtaining Major Customer reference collateral: case studies, press releases, ROI cases, etc.

- Identifying opportunities for special interest groups and consolidated supplier releases

- Liaising with program management, partner management and customer services to establish release timings

- Liaising with operations to ensure appropriate customer support

- Liaising with regional marketing

- The communication of roadmap information and competitive positioning and the provision of expert consultancy in this area

Education

Required

- Must possess at least Degree or equivalent formal qualification.

Experience

Required

- Minimum 6 years client facing experience and/or

- Minimum 3 years as Global Process Owner in the relevant sector and/or

- Led a project to automate the P2P or at least the AP element for a major corporation.

- Commercial Acumen

- Shared service, AP, P2P and or/e-invoicing experience

- General knowledge of competitive services

- Technically literate

- Able to work on many different tasks simultaneously

- Exceptional relationship management skills and expectation management skills

- The ability to work with a wide range of staff e.g. marketing, sales, delivery, etc.
