Oracle Technical/Solution Architect (15-20 yrs)

Primary skill- Solution architect with Oracle consulting exp.

Mandatory to have Oracle fusion applications exp. Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with 2 years of consulting experience.

Primary Responsibilities -

- Manage clients and large projects to enhance delivery quality and customer satisfaction;

- Accountable for successful design of oracle technology solutions, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on oracle products to clients;

- Understand the client’s objectives and business drivers and devise an approach to the solution;

- Lead a team of junior team members for the requirement analysis, solution design, roadmap, implementation plan, budget and resource planning activities;

- Requirements management and communication – Manage Scope, Traceability, Package & Communicate requirements to all stakeholders;

- Provide directions on solution/ tool selections and solution design in line with the approach and client requirements;

- Overall accountability for the project outcomes and completion of project deliverables owned by team members; Contribute to capability development through asset management, people related initiative and trainings.

Supervisory Responsibilities -

- Lead and direct junior team members to achieve project outcomes;

- Actively mentor other consultants on areas of expertise.

- Must Have Knowledge and Skills - Strong knowledge of and expertise in Oracle technologies and ERP systems (Finance, HCM, SCM, CRM);

- Strong consulting and client management skills;

- Strong focus in one or more industries; Strong analytical and communication skills (written and oral);

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach and motivate a team.

- Structured and issue based problem solving and assessments;

- Value analysis and insight development;

- Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations;

- Ability to work across levels and geographies;

- Lead and direct cross functional teams;

- Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
