- Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications
- Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints
- Technical & Functional support to BIZ divisions
- Managing software vendors for developments, delivery, implementation & support etc
- Business co-ordination for all technology matters
- Control technology budgets for business
Job Skill Required –
- Functional Expertise in implementation of Oracle HRMS
- Functional expertise on modules like Oracle Financials, Purchasing would be added advantage
- Should have some technical knowledge on technologies like Oracle database, Oracle Forms, Oracle Discoverer etc.
- Good Project Management Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Should have handled and led a team
- Vendor Management Skills
- Negotiating Skills
SALARY: 7.00 - 12.00 Lacs PA
