Oracle - Global Spares Forecasting/Demand Planning (3-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Responsible for end to end Global Spares Parts Forecasting

- Continuously work on improving forecast accuracy and document the developments

- Ensure that forecast and related processes are executed as per agreed terms and conditions

- Conduct root cause analysis for missed KPIs and take action to fix the same in order to ensure KPIs are met

- Closely collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure correct information is available for forecast and other analysis

- Proactively identify and collaboratively work with cross functional teams for supply chain optimization projects and provide analytical solutions for the same

- Build and nurture the relationship with up chain (supply organizations), down chain (Global Supply Planners) and across the chain (IT) stakeholders

Qualifications Requirements :

- BE/BTech with MBA/PGPM/PGDBM in Operations/Supply chain or Masters in Statistics or higher mathematics preferred

- 5-7 years of overall experience (preferred from Hi Tech industry) with strong hold in Demand Planning and Advanced Forecasting techniques

- Strong in analytical skills with exposure to any of the analytics tools such as R/SPSS/Minitab etc.

- Proficient in advanced excel with vba/macro/solver skills preferred

- Exposure to quality tools and process improvements best practices

- Self-motivator, customer focused, result driven and excellent team player with a "can do" attitude
