Oracle Fusion/Taleo Functional Consultant/Sr Consultant (2-8 yrs)

Essentials:

- Strong knowledge, understanding and implementation experience of Oracle Fusion HCM Applications with modules including Global HR, Compensation Management, Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review, Transactional Oracle Business Intelligence, Taleo Recruitment, Taleo Onboarding, Taleo Learn, Taleo Performance Management

- Should have atleast 1 implementation experience in any of the above modules or implementation of co-existence model.

- Should have preferably background experience of Oracle eBS/PeopleSoft with at least 3 full cycle implementation experience

- Should be expert in understanding the concept of File Base Loading and Extraction process. Should also be good at debugging issues relating to them

- Proficient in understanding the business requirements and proposing the right model of Fusion implementation (Co-existence model, Cloud model, On-Premise etc)

- Should have an excellent knowledge of features in Fusion HCM and its relevance to the business requirements. Should be able to accurately segregate requirements into Standard Fits/Customizations/Not Feasible

- Ability to identify key areas involving scrutiny during FBL/Extractions/Interfacing

- Ability to understand HR business needs and accordingly advise on the best business practices of Oracle HCM deployment

- Ability to quickly understand and categorize issues and channelize action plan in a timely manner such as to achieve the deliveries within project milestones

- Ability to communicate with development team for solution related issues in a way in an offshore-onsite kind of implementation model

- Ability to communicate with Oracle support team in the cloud model implementation for Oracle Fusion HCM

- Responsible for all reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.

- Should be very strong in client communication skills which would be very crucial at various phases of project including requirement gathering, CRP/UAT Workshops, Go-Live, Support and Training.

- Should be flexible for long-term/short-term work related travel within/outside the country

Job Role :

- Implementation, support and training of Oracle Fusion HCM and Taleo

- Involvement in various phases of engagements including deployment, review or support of Oracle Fusion HCM/ Taleo

- Responsible for delivery of solution for Fusion HCM / Taleo on various client engagements

- To ensure that business requirements involving customizations, personalizations, reporting and interfaces are clearly communicated to the technical team. Also, ensure that the components are tested and delivered as per project schedules

- Responsible to communicate with clients during various phases of implementation including requirement gathering, Conference Room Pilot, User Acceptance Testing, Go-Live and Support activities

- Involvement in preparation of RFPs, Pre and Post sales and business development related activities.

Academic Qualifications : Engineering degree/ MCA and/ MBA/CA from a reputed institution.

Experience : At least 1 year of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/Taleo, 4- 8 years of relevant ERP implementation experience, support, training and delivery on eBS /PS HCM application (HR & Payroll)
