Oracle EBS Lead & Functional Consultant - Financial (6-8 yrs)
Role Purpose: Lead the Team and Handle Functional Support, Functional Trainings, and Various Custom Development Requests for our Multiple Customers
Key Responsibilities:
You will be leading a dynamic team and also acting as an expert EBS financial functional consultant responsible for providing trainings, functional support and custom development for our client base in Middle East. The position requires frequent travel, including long term overseas assignment.
Required Skills:
- Should possess 8+ years of experience in Oracle Apps R12 &11i
- Excellent in Communication, Customer Interaction, functional analysis of Problems and assist to Sr Applications Consultants, Testers and Analysts to achieve the desired goal and meeting deadlines
- Worked on Implementations, Rollouts and Post Implementation Support projects
- Extensively Worked with Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA) and Asset Management
- Good knowledge of SCM (OM, PO, INV, iProc, Costing, BOM), Manufacturing and HR modules
- Extensively worked on Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Credit to Cash cycles
- Hand on experience in setting up the entire financials module independently is mandatory
- Extensively worked on development and customizations of Reports and Interfaces
- Well versed with the phases of AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) Docs (MD50, MD70) and SDLC
- Exposure to entire oracle EBS suite
Critical Skills:
- Ability to conduct users training
- Technical understanding of infrastructure, cloud and RIM methodologies and tools
- Ability to provide functional support and pre-sales solutioning
- History of creating rapport with customers, from line technicians to C-level executives

- Ability to retain the customer and students for repeat business and good references

Essential Qualifications / Experience:
- More than 6 years of relevant experience in a medium to large sized organisation; start-up experience desirable
- Must have worked independently
- Experience of support and training management methodologies
- Must have gone through 2 full cycle implementations and 2 support projects
- Graduate degree in IT / Computer Science discipline from a respected university
- Oracle Certification is desirable
- Accounting and Finance background is desirable
