This is a Leadership role and will drive the practice's delivery model (approach, pyramid, structure and execution) on projects and profitability targets; as well as, lead day-to-day operations, financial performance, resource utilization and growth. Key metrics for this role include: gross margin, client satisfaction, talent acquisition and development.  Pragmatism, entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed will be an important component of the role.  The role reports to the India head and will manage a team of 60   Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Managing the offshore delivery team and their deliverables including performance management  Mentoring team leads  Implementing and monitoring client mandated security and compliance measures   YOY growth in headcount, current team is 60  Partnering with the onshore team on delivery strategy and growth  Pre-Sales and Solutioning :  Serving as the liaison between the offshore and onshore team  Driving recruitment strategy to meet aggressive hiring goals  Being the local evangelist for The client on external and internal activities  Driving Branding activities as appropriate  Being accountable for all Operations and related activities  Assisting in Pre-Sales activities and engaging directly on client pursuits  Must Have Skills:  A minimum of 15 years of experience leading complex software integration delivery for a medium to large size organization that includes:  Strong leadership skills and operational management expertise  Growth and management of a large number of service delivery professionals in a global delivery environment  Ability to build a local brand and recruit top notch consultants  Significant experience with a North America centric client base  Experience working with C-level executives, communicating company-wide topics, and managing complex challenges  Ability to manage consulting and managed services (outsourcing) engagements, and to migrate the initial client project engagements into long term managed services relationships  Pre-sales, solutioning as well as services delivery background  Experience championing and driving YOY growth for headcount and revenue and managing by influence  Experience with ERP, HCM, EPM and BI Technologies  Experience assisting with key business development activities   Experience with Oracle Channel or other similar vendor relationships  Experience with Cloud-based delivery models  Experience with costing models to drive offshore engagement and profitability  Preferred Skills:  Prior experience with managing a Delivery Center  Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed  Professional Skills:  Excellent communication skills  High degree of initiative, judgement, discretion and decision-making  Strong interpersonal skills to develop good relationships with business leaders across the organization  Ability to see the big picture and plan out details  Strong process and planning orientation  Education:  The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor's degree, MBA or MS is preferred
