Client : Big 4 MNC  Our current open positions and required qualifications are:  Oracle Apps Functional Consultant/Sr. Consultant  Experience of 5- 10 years on Oracle Apps CRM  Education	 UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization   PG - M.Tech - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers   Job Description :  Required Skills:   - Oracle Application recent implementation experience in at least 1 end- to- end project implementation experience and knowledge of integrated Oracle end- to- end business process.   - Should have strong functional background in Oracle Apps CRM(CRM Foundation, Service Contracts, Field service, Mobile Field Service, Install Base, Depot repair)  - Must have at least one end to end implementation experience and good understand the nuances of configurations and business processes with good exposure to R12/EBS.  - The candidate must have proven experience of Oracle CRM modules with hands-on project experience in R12.  - Sound functional and business process conceptual skills  - Good Verbal & Written communication Skills  - Ability to absorb and assimilate diverse domain parameters and relate them to the solution on hand  - Appreciation of IT knowledge and relate them to context in solution presentation instances  - Perseverance and positive attitude to put in extended hours of work, when required  - Documentation & Presentation capabilities  - Implement functional solution for a specific area - financials, considering the product depth and relevance to  the client processes   - Identify requirements and convert them into solution design   Facilitate design/ solution workshops  - Deploy appropriate functionality for effective solution based on the business process design Maintain continuous updation of knowledge on product functionality, new features, related modules etc. , on a pro- active basis   - Plan schedule and achieve them given the relevant/ required operating environment and interfaces with other modules   - Interact with relevant contacts - Oracle Support, client business team, internal consultants, etc. , as Deloitte representative and ensure implementing an optimal solution   - Perform the necessary steps as required on a client engagement which may include requirement analysis, fit- gap analysis, instance configuration, business process testing, support, documentation etc.   - Interact with the client, lead consultants, managers and senior managers for project status reporting etc.   Siby Babu| AGM
