Job Description:

Designation: Option Plan Manager

Work Location: Bangalore

Take responsibility for end-to-end management and stakeholder satisfaction of the company's share option register

- Preparing and generating reports for key stakeholders, including executive management, Human Resources and Finance.

- Responding to inquiries from users and assisting users to use the system.

- Liaising with Finance regarding all share based payment issues

- Liaising with HR regarding all remuneration issues

- Overseeing the interface between the Solium Shareworks and the company's transfer agent.

- Representing the needs of option holders in connection with the integration of Solium Shareworks with other corporate systems.

- Working with Solium Shareworks to continually improve the functionality and usability of the system for all stakeholders.

Skills Set:

- Communication skills

- Technical understanding of shares and options

- Experience administering a share options plan

- Experience administering share options software

- Basic understanding of share based payment accounting

- Basic understanding of corporate governance practices (board approvals, etc)

- Analytical ability - ability to analyse data and draw insights.

- Excel capability
